Our Pre-Cooled Cold Room is a specially designed temperature-controlled facility used to rapidly reduce the field heat of freshly harvested produce before it is transferred to long-term cold storage. Pre-cooling is a critical post-harvest process that helps maintain product freshness, slows respiration and microbial activity, and significantly extends shelf life.

  • Humidity Control: 85%–95% RH (adjustable as per produce type)

  • Rapid temperature pull-down rate: up to 20°C reduction within 4–6 hours
