A Chiller Cold Room is a temperature-controlled storage facility designed to maintain products at +2°C to +8°C, ideal for preserving freshness and extending the shelf life of perishables such as fruits, vegetables, dairy, pharmaceuticals, beverages, and processed foods.

Construction:
Insulated PUF Panels (60mm to 100mm thick)
Camlock or tongue & groove joints for airtight sealing
Anti-fungal, food-grade inner cladding (SS or PVC-coated GI)
Refrigeration System:
Hermetic or scroll compressors (Emerson, Tecumseh, Bitzer)
Air-cooled or water-cooled condensing units
Ceiling or wall-mounted air coolers (with aluminum fins and copper tubing)
Temperature Control:
Digital thermostat with sensor-based control
Optional IoT-enabled monitoring and remote alerts
